Melaka Gateway

Melaka Gateway’s master planning includes one of the largest group of islands in Southeast Asia which are a natural island and the two artificial islands. The project’s estimated cost will be around 40 billion ringgit and it occupy 616 acres.

Melaka Gateway will have up to 15 km coastal line, a 288-meter-high landmark lighthouse, 60 acres of theme park, art gallery, 100-meter-high "Malaysia Eye" Ferris wheel, and shopping centres and etc. In addition, Melaka Gateway will have a Malacca International Marina Cruise. It will become Southeast Asia's largest yacht parking terminal and it has a world-class yacht maintenance and repair facilities.

Our team have being cooperated with Kejuruteraan Asas Jaya Development Sdn Bhd for the land reclamation in Malacca. In this reclamation project, our team had involved on feasibility studies, master planning consultation and marketing consultation. This project is claimed to be the largest land reclamation project in Malacca where the whole development takes almost 10 years.
