Managing Director
David Chong Meng Yean is the founder and Managing Director of Casa Group of Companies. He was graduated from the University of Greenwich, UK Finance and Accounting BA. He has more than 8 years experience in development industry. He left tourism industry to China to served property development industry. Later, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Ian Johnson Development Corporation. He has successfully emerge YTL Hotel & Spa Village brands in China with three(3)branches. Besides that, he also involve with several business transformation projects in China. He has successfully brought in Hong Kong listed companies, Kasen to invest & develop large-scale hotel projects in Malacca.
Renee Ng Chong Ling appointed as the Director in Casa Group of Companies. She was graduated from the University College Tunku Abdul Rahman with Advance Diploma in Financial Accounting and currently completing her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants final stage course. She was with audit firm for 5 years after graduated. Thereafter she join developer company for 4 years before she join Casa Group Companies. She was the Director of Casa Freude MM2H company and Casa Freude Travel & Services company, who also responsible the operation and management of these two business company. Besides that, she also involve with several business transformation projects in China as well as in Malaysia.
